May 2011: One of Melbourne's most revered hotels, the Botanical, reopened its doors in November 2010 after a significant renovation and has emerged as one of Melbourne's most exciting dining and drinking destinations.
Superbly located adjacent to the famous Botanic Gardens, the Botanical underwent a $4 million renovation by leading Melbourne design firm Webb +, transforming it into a multi-faceted venue complete with formal restaurant, informal wine store and cafe, bar and lounge for more serious drinkers and the alfresco-inspired 'Archer Room for casual dining and private events.
