Borrowdale is conveniently located less than five minutes from the township of Berry and 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach. The two-bedroom cottage, surrounded by 25 acres of farmland, is perched high on Moeyan Hill and combines great privacy with an open outlook to the north and east. It has expansive views of the escarpment north to Saddleback Mountain, and of rural countryside stretching east to Gerroa and the sea.
