  This Must-Try unsuspecting eatery is both a blessing and a curse! I was skeptical when I first read about this place being described as having arguably the best pho in Brisbane, but boy did it deliver! Eating at Kim Son means being blessed with a selection of some of the most flavourful noodle soups you will ever slurp. Lovingly prepared by an authentic Vietnamese grandmother, it would hardly come as a surprise if the broths had been simmering ever since this family landed in QLD. These generously portioned soups are mind-blowingly flavourful! And the wedge of lemon/lime they are served with, zests them to life in an almost magical transformation which turns warm rich broth to sunshine in your mouth. Sadly, eating here also means being cursed to find all other soups underwhelming and lacking in satisfaction. Hence I have been returning here at least once a month ever since I placed my first tenantive order. This is a must try for anyone anywhere near Brisbane! Also be sure to try the complementary tea in the canisters placed at each table. Beautiful, soft and fruity, I could drink it all day.
